Native Vegetation Assessments

Native Vegetation Assessments (Victoria only)

For any site larger than 4000m2 (one acre), any removal of native trees triggers an offset requirement under DEECA regulations (Native Vegetation Removal Clause 52.17).

This means than any native remnant (non-planted) trees require an offset payment and council permit if they are removed, or impacted via construction projects.

Native Vegetation Removal Reports

We can assist with generating Native Vegetation Removal Reports, plus the “Avoid and Minimise statements” that are required as part of the removal and offset process.

These documents are then forwarded to local councils and DEECA as part of your native tree removal permit application.

Vegetation Offset search and quote

We partner with VegLink to provide offset pricing for proposed native tree removals.

VegLink are the brokers who provide offset quotes based on the location and size of trees proposed for removal.
